Its almost time for racing when Rick has me doing 2 A days! Had a 2 hour ride in the rolling hills south of Athens with 3×12 minute threshold intervals. Then came home and had lunch and got kitted again and spun into Athens to have a cappuccino and a pastry! Its always a lot easier to go out for a second ride if there is coffee and a treat at the other end.
Looking forward to getting my first race in of the season with Realcycist.com this weekend up at the Hincapie Spring Series then back to athens to train for the week then repeat 2 more times!
Can’t wait to go to Florida after this block of training and get a nice easy week in the sunshine!
